Risk Disclosure and Financial Warning
Trading forex, CFDs, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk. You may lose part or all of the money in your trading account. Automated trading software does not remove market risk. Past performance, backtests and displayed results do not guarantee future performance.
About FIBY
FIBY is automated-trading software and reporting technology provided by Paragi LTD. The software may place, manage and close trades according to the product logic and settings selected for the installation. Results can differ by version, broker, account type, settings, execution and market conditions.
No Financial Advice
FIBY provides software, reporting tools and general information. It does not provide a personal recommendation that a particular trade, investment, broker, account size or level of risk is suitable for you. Paragi LTD is not acting as your broker, discretionary investment manager or personal financial adviser.
User Responsibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for deciding whether leveraged trading is suitable for you.
- You are responsible for your broker, trading account, leverage and settings.
- You are responsible for monitoring the trading account and maintaining appropriate access to it.
- You should test the software and verify that the selected setup is appropriate for your own account.
No Guarantee of Results
FIBY does not guarantee profits, daily returns, a particular win rate, limited drawdown, recovery of losses, continuous operation or that live results will match backtests or another account.
Licence and Permitted Use
FIBY licences are provided for authorised users and assigned MetaTrader accounts. You must not share or resell the software or licence key, distribute or reverse engineer the software, bypass the licence system or allow an unauthorised person to use the licence.
Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information and keep your FIBY login secure. FIBY does not require your broker password, MT5 master password or online-banking login.
Availability and Updates
We may update, maintain or temporarily restrict the website, dashboard, software or licence server. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Third-Party Services
MetaTrader, brokers, VPS services, internet providers and hosting services are independent third parties. Their outages, pricing, execution, regulatory status and terms are outside FIBY's direct control.
Intellectual Property
The FIBY software, website, branding, graphics, trading logic and written materials belong to Paragi LTD or its licensors. Use of FIBY does not transfer ownership of the source code or intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Paragi LTD is not responsible for losses caused solely by market movement, broker execution, incorrect settings, margin calls, stop-outs, connection failures or third-party outages.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where a user breaches these Terms, shares or bypasses a licence, unlawfully uses the service or creates a material security risk.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects your rights or use of the service, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before the change takes effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
