Spreads, slippage, broker execution, market conditions and connection problems may affect results.

FIBY is automated trading software provided by Paragi LTD.

FIBY may place, manage and close trades based on the settings selected by the user.

Features and results may differ depending on the version used, broker, account type, settings and market conditions.

FIBY provides software and general information only.

Nothing provided through the website, dashboard, software or support service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Paragi LTD is not a financial adviser, broker or investment manager.

User Responsibility

By using FIBY, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You understand the risks of automated trading
• You use FIBY entirely at your own risk
• You are responsible for your broker, account and trading settings
• You are responsible for monitoring your trading account
• You have tested the software and checked that it is suitable for your account
• You will not hold Paragi LTD responsible solely because a trade or account makes a loss

No Guarantee of Results

FIBY does not guarantee:

• Profits
• Daily returns
• A particular win rate
• Limited drawdown
• Recovery of losses
• Continuous operation
• That live results will match backtests or other accounts

Any results, screenshots or statistics shown are examples only and are not promises of future performance.

Licence and Permitted Use

FIBY is provided for the authorised user and MetaTrader accounts connected to their licence.

You must not:

• Share or resell FIBY
• Share your licence key
• Copy or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer or modify the software
• Bypass the licence system
• Allow an unauthorised person to use your account

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the software or licence has been misused.

Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it was caused by a failure of our systems.

Availability and Updates

We may update, maintain or temporarily restrict the website, dashboard, software or licence server.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.

Third-Party Services

FIBY depends on third-party services including MetaTrader, brokers, internet providers, hosting providers and VPS services.

Paragi LTD does not control these services and is not responsible for losses caused by their outages, pricing, execution or technical problems.

Intellectual Property

The FIBY software, website, branding, graphics, trading logic and written materials belong to Paragi LTD.

Using FIBY does not transfer ownership of the software or its source code to you.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Paragi LTD is not responsible for trading losses, loss of profit, margin calls, stop-outs, broker issues, incorrect settings, connection failures or other indirect losses resulting from using FIBY.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a user:

• Breaches these Terms
• Shares or distributes the software
• Attempts to bypass the licence system
• Uses the website unlawfully
• Creates a security risk

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when FIBY, our website or applicable law changes.

Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
